About the Study
The Military Acceptance Project is funded by the Department of Defense and is a joint effort between the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Investigators from the USC School of Social Work, along with investigators from the Department of Social Welfare in the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, are joining forces to conduct qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with service members from each of the four military branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines). An expert advisory panel comprised of leaders in the military have helped guide this project.
